Overview
In the affordable housing sector we work with Registered Housing Providers (RHPs), Local Authorities and private developers, adapting to meet new benchmarks and standards driven by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). We have extensive experience of procurement routes including Traditional, Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and stock transfer covering new build, refurbishment and reinvestment (low and high rise).
Our committed team are experienced to provide a variety of services to any affordable housing scheme, from assessing feasibility of project sites through to fit-out and final occupation.
Our delivery of affordable housing schemes extends some 10 years and includes projects for housing associations such as First Wessex (now VIVID), Radian, Stonewater, Nottinghill Housing, Sovereign, Raglan.
More recently we undertaken affordable housing schemes for local authorities including Winchester City Council and Guildford Borough Councils.

We have extensive experience in creating robust infrastructure essential for residential developments. Alongside the creation of sustainable, contemporary homes, we provide services throughout the public realm, roads, drainage and service distribution that surrounds, serves and supports them.
Our team deliver a diverse range of projects, from assisting housing providers maintain their building stock to creating community accommodation and providing multi-disciplined professional design and management for major new-build developments.
