Extension, alteration and refurbishment to existing Arts Centre to provide refurbished 430 seater theatre auditorium with new scene dock, upgrade of existing 125 seater cinema, alterations to provide new 212 seater cinema within the existing building, extension to foyer and balcony to provide exhibition space together with refurbishment of bar, café and ancillary areas including installation of new comfort cooling systems, theatre and cinema sound and lighting systems and upgrading of acoustic qualities of the existing structure.
The elevations place a particular emphasis on the dynamic employment of structural glazing.
Services include supporting the Arts Lottery Fund Submission.
