As a Party Wall adviser, BAQUS staff with the requisite technical skills and experience of administering the legislation give support and advice during the initial design phase. They provide assistance to mitigate the party wall influences and help design out ‘Notifiable Works’. Where ‘Notifiable Works’ remains, our surveyors will prepare and Serve Party Wall Notices.
