We have the necessary knowledge to aid our client to navigate through the unpredictable arena of conservation work. We believe that the fabric of a building must be understood, both as a whole and as a collection of constituent parts to be treated individually. We continue to formulate new methods and approaches for the preservation original materials and features which enhance our environment.
Our clients include; HM Government, Historic Royal Palaces, Local Authorities, Universities, Colleges and private estates. Heritage requirements form a constituent part of varying sector work, including Arts, Education and Transportation.
BAQUS has worked with planning & conservation teams, Heritage Lottery Fund, English Heritage, CABE, Arts Council England and conservation societies. We undertake historic appraisals, condition assessments and schedules of significance, morphological plans and repair schedules, which provide maintenance regimes and a serve to inform potential change.
Our project experience within the heritage sector includes 20 years of working with Brighton & Hove City Council (Brighton Pavilion), St Pancras Station in London, St Albans Cathedral, and West Blatchington Windmill.
