Royal Court Theatre, Liverpool
Development works at this Grade 2 Listed Theatre. Heritage Lottery Funding to develop the scheme to RIBA Stage D.
Further funding currently being sought by the Royal Court Theatre Liverpool Trust to complete the proposed scheme.
AHMM Architect’s plans focus on the re-organisation of the front of house areas to improve theatre goers experience.
Works planned to extend and open up the box office and central stair with a new lift to ease access. New and refurbished bars and toilets improve facilities. Auditorium redecorators, relighting and refurbishments to seating.
Works planned in phases to minimise dark period and maximise integration of works with normal theatre activities and performances.
