We have an excellent track record in green building design, helping clients push forward BREEAM standards in a cost effective manner, appropriate to each development’s characteristics.
Commercial
Our Cost Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, M&E Consultancy, Project Monitoring and Employer’s Agent services have delivered on a wide-ranging scope of office projects some examples being, Basepoint Centres in locations including Hertfordshire, Winchester, Chichester and Broxbourne and John Wiley & Sons offices in Oxford and Chichester. Ongoing relationships with these and other clients, enables our understanding of each client’s requirements to form the fundamental basis of a delivery strategy for each project.
Other commercial experience includes works on Industrial Estates where we have provided services for repair workshops, distribution centers, car show rooms and aviation hangar units.
