Holly Hill Leisure Centre Fareham
Construction of new Leisure Centre, £7m
BAQUS worked with Fareham Borough Council and Balfour Beatty on this new leisure centre scheme which opened following the excitement of the 2016 Olympics.
The facilities the leisure centre provide to the community a 25 metre swimming pool with 6 lanes, a learner pool, a gym with over 100 bits of equipment and a cycle spinning and dance studio. There are also new sports pitches and a play area on site.
On the 10 October 2016 the new leisure centre opened to the general public with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty cutting the ribbon.
BAQUS were employed by Fareham Borough Council to provide Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, MEP Supervisor and CDM Consultancy Services.
