BAQUS Group Limited is a multi-disciplined Construction Consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management, Building Surveying and CDM Advisor services.

It is the policy of BAQUS Group Limited to provide its Clients with services to the highest standards and in order to achieve this, the Company has implemented and maintains this Integrated Management System, which satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2015, BS EN 14001:2015 as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Specific quality and environmental objectives and targets relating to the organisation’s Integrated Management System operations and business opportunities, are set and subjected to review during the formal Management Review process.

This Policy provides a framework for the setting of these objectives and a commitment towards the continual improvement of the Integrated Management System’s effectiveness. As an organisation, BAQUS Group Limited, where appropriate, seeks to appoint “preferred” suppliers of similar capability and competence to conform to required standards.

The BAQUS Group Limited team are responsible for the quality of their own work and for compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System, in conjunction with related operational processes and procedures or objectives. Personnel are directed and encouraged to report any quality or environmental related issues affecting the Company’s Integrated Management System or Client satisfaction.

This Policy is communicated to all personnel and any persons working within BAQUS Group Limited’s control.

BAQUS Group Limited is committed to the protection of the environment through the appropriate prevention of pollution and reduction in our environmental impact, both at a strategic level and also on a day to day basis.

BAQUS Group Limited provides information, instruction, training and supervision for all employees to ensure that all tasks are undertaken in a competent and controlled manner and that all employees understand their role in achieving them.

As the HSEQ Director, I am ultimately responsible for the performance of the Company’s Integrated Management System and the quality of its products, services and environmental impacts. It is important for the continuing development of BAQUS Group Limited that the Company through its technical and operational teams, ensure that this Policy is maintained and continues to remain suitable and effective.
