Every Client and commission is important to us and thus we allocate a Director to every Client to maintain a consistent approach to our service to ensure that someone is always available for personal contact. With over 300 years of combined experience, we have developed efficiencies to eliminate costly mistakes

We are able to filter this information and use it to advise our Clients of where the market is changing and couple this with sound advice on costs, contract procedures and investment strategies.

To ensure that our customer service is exemplary and that we have the necessary checks and balances in place, each Client is assigned to a Director, with whom they will maintain regular contact.
Completed projects vary from the small to some of the largest and most complex within the arts, commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, hotel, leisure, residential, sports and transport sectors.
We are strong advocates of partnering, collaborative working and best-value procurement and have a wide-ranging experience of alternative procurement strategies including PFI and PPP.
