Chichester New Park Centre

The project involves the complete refurbishment of the existing Victorian building and a new extension to replace the dilapidated single-storey building immediately to the north. The new facilities have been designed to complement the surrounding townscape and open parkland. Emphasis has been placed on the building’s “green credentials” to minimise running costs and set an example. The development will be phased in a way to allow the Centre’s continued operation whilst the building works are undertaken.

Upgrading and refurbishment to main auditoria includes the seating, ceiling, sound and lighting and signage. The new facilities will include community rooms available for hire, martial arts and fitness facility, two screens for the Chichester Cinema at New Park, new administrative and reception facilities, toilet facilities, café/bar and upgraded electrical and heating systems.
