With 750 hotels across the UK, Premier Inn is the UK’s biggest hotel chain. They have more hotels in more places making it easier for to stay away from home.
Over many years BAQUS has worked alongside Whitbread plc on numerous Premier Inn hotels including both new builds and refurbishment projects. BAQUS has been providing Quantity Surveying services for this leading hotel chain.
BAQUS have been appointed at the Quantity Surveyors for a new build 146 bed hotel in Southampton with a Thyme Restaurant attached.
The hotel has created more jobs for the local area and is located on Cumberland Place. The hotel is in an ideal location being close to all of Southampton’s top attractions including the football stadium, theatre and a variety of museums.
