Legoland Hotel, Windsor
The works comprised the construction of a 4 storey 150 bedroom themed Hotel with associated bars, restaurants, leisure and conference facilities, which will achieve at least a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ classification.
The Hotel is heavily themed including Kingdom and Pirate themed bedrooms (pictured left), a movie star studio themed bar and restaurant, soft play area and a pirate adventure water play pool.
The development replaces an existing ride facility adjacent the lake in the Legoland Windsor Park. The Hotel required the construction of a new access road with roundabout for the existing main park entrance road.
A Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUD’S) is implemented as well as an upgrade of the existing Windsor Park and Ride car park adjacent to the main entrance of the site.
