Kings Cross Hub by Premier Inn
Baqus’ 4th ‘Hub’ by Premier Inn hotel, located In the heart of Kings Cross adjacent to Kings Cross Mainline Station.
BAQUS provided Quantity Surveying Services on this project. The building was completed in May 2017 following a 21 month build, this hotel will add another 389 rooms to the ‘Hub’ by Premier Inn chain.
The Hub concept is full of modern technology to the extent where you can set the temperature of your room before even turning up! Each room has a 40inch TV and super fast free WiFi.
