New build Innovation Centre
Under the iESE Framework Design & Build, 2 stage tender processes, the challenge was to design and construct an Innovation Centre with an approximate GIA of 2,400m². The building was constructed at Daedalus Enterprise Zone and comprises of Offices, Workshops, Social spaces, and associated facilities, together with services infrastructure adjustments, car parking, and external landscaping. BAQUS were Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators on this project.
The Project Was Finished On Time And On Budget.
