Two more projects successfully delivered at Manchester Royal Infirmary.

BAQUS recently supported Equans with the completion of two important lifecycle heating projects under JCT Design & Build contracts, both delivered ahead of the winter months.

At the Education North Facility, works included the installation of a new heat exchanger and pressurisation vessel to support the building’s heating infrastructure.

At the Nowgen Centre, existing plant was replaced with new gas-fired boilers and water heaters, improving reliability and helping ensure the facility is winter-ready.

While projects like these may operate behind the scenes, they are essential to maintaining safe, reliable and resilient healthcare environments for staff, patients and visitors.
