BAQUS is pleased to be supporting ROK Group of Companies on the multimillion-pound redevelopment of La Grande Mare Golf & Country Club in Guernsey.

The wider development will create a modern destination for sport, leisure, health and wellbeing, incorporating a new Country Club, dedicated Health & Wellbeing facilities and a contemporary Golf Clubhouse.

Set within La Grande Mare’s coastal surroundings, the scheme will provide high-quality spaces for golf, dining, events, fitness and relaxation, while building on the long-standing character of the wider estate.

BAQUS has been appointed to provide Clerks of Works and Quality Adviser services, supporting the project team with the monitoring of quality and workmanship throughout the construction process.
