We were delighted to join our long-standing partner Whitbread and the wider project team in Brighton to mark the topping out of the new Premier Inn Brighton City Centre (Seafront).

It was great to be on site with Whitbread, principal contractor Gilbert-Ash, Cumming Group, the design team at Axiom, HTS and Thornley and Lumb to recognise the collaboration, planning and technical expertise involved in reaching this stage.

With construction continuing towards the hotel’s planned opening in early 2028, BAQUS is proud to support the delivery of another significant Whitbread project and to continue a long-established working relationship built around practical advice, strong project management and successful delivery.
