Some winners and losers at Aintree Races yesterday as Liverpool office celebrated the retirement of Ray Palmer. Ray was an Executive Director and devoted 37 years of his career with Baqus specialising in the hospitality sector and what a great venue for his send off .

Rob McNeill commented  “The biggest loss today is Ray not now being a member of The Board but we should all thank God that Ray knew more about Cost Management than Horse racing.  Ray should certainly not take up a second career as a Tipster because three of his choices yesterday are still out there running “.

Fortunately Ray will continue to work as a Consultant to ensure continuity and completion of his on going projects.
