Congratulations to Martin Kempton, who is celebrating 36 years at Baqus!

Martin is an Associate Director with a broad range of sector experience; educational (private and state), health, commercial, residential (private individuals and Housing Associations) and leisure including a range of Contracts/Commissions for the Property Services Agency, Ministry of Defence, Hospital Authorities and Local Housing Association using various Schedules of Rates.
