30-06-2026 | Les Ozouets Campus Update

Progress continues at Les Ozouets, with activity advancing across the main building, Construction Building and wider external works.
 
Within the main building, fire protection boarding is complete, with review works ongoing. Parapet insulation has commenced to the first half of the roof section, while SFS installation to the ground, first and second floors is complete. External boarding and sealing are continuing, with final sections of the east elevation being completed.
 
Window frames are now starting to be installed on the ground floor, with further glazing installed to the south elevation at first-floor level. Final roof coating works are progressing on level 2, including upstands and details around penetrations. Installation of Kalzip to the saw tooth roof sections is ongoing, alongside steel frame boarding, external cladding support works to the north elevation, and the first areas of internal partitions on the first floor.
 
The Construction Building is also progressing, with Kalzip roof installation continuing to the saw tooth sections, roof VPL works ongoing, fire protection boarding progressing to the ground and first floors, and Sika waterproofing membrane being installed to the sub-base concrete.
 
Externally, works continue to the east side retaining wall, roadway, motorcycle bay and new portacabin bases.
