New build expansion and refurbishment programme of bingo halls across various sites
Bingo Club, Livingston – Extensive refurbishment of an existing bingo club within an existing shopping centre, including formation of new bar/restaurant and entrance statement with passenger escalator and lift, mechanical and electrical installations, bingo equipment, seating and other operational equipment. The continued operation of the bingo club throughout the construction work was critical to the Client and the phasing of the works where meticulously detailed to achieve the Clients objectives.
Bingo Complex, Dunfermline – The construction of a developer shell for a new circa 4,000m2 Bingo Hall and leisure facilities including the subsequent fitting out to provide a “Turn Key” project ready to operate on completion. The contract was let in two major parts, a shell contract followed by a fit out contract. Restaurant equipment including kitchen, mechanised bingo equipment and other operational facilities were all let as separate direct contracts.
