Bunn Leisure- White Horse Selsey
This project comprised the redevelopment of the existing White Horse complex at Bunn Leisure in Selsey. Works carried out included: asbestos removal, demolition of existing White Horse Club, swimming pool and all associated buildings.
The next phase was the construction of a new two storey leisure facility to include a new swimming pool, kids play area, function rooms, stage, adult gaming area and bowling area, café, staff facilities and external works, including car parking and landscaping.
Bunn Leisure managed this prestigious project in house, employing their own contractors as well their own considerable workforce. BAQUS provided a comprehensive CDM advisory service to assist Bunn Leisure in carrying out the roles of Client, Principal Designer and Principal Contractor.
