Terry Cordaroy is a chartered quantity surveyor who has been in private practice in London for all his long career. He has worked for both public and private sector clients on a wide-range of projects including education, health, housing, community, commercial and transport. He was for twenty years an equity partner with Nigel Rose & Partners before the firm was acquired by Baqus in 2009 and now acts as a senior consultant. Terry is a keen cricket fan, having played for Middlesex and Buckhamshire when young, and now enjoys watching most sports and keeps fit by walking and gardening.
