Richard joined Baqus in 2012 as a Project manager and has since provided services on numerous hotel and pub developments.

Originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor but with experience of Project Management, CDM Co-ordination/ Principal Designer, Employers Agent and Contract Administration services on numerous new build, extension, refurbishment and maintenance projects, within a variety of sectors including Leisure, Retail, Social Housing and Private Housing throughout his 20 year career in Construction. Richard currently concentrates on Baqus’s Hotel and Pub Clients

Richard was promoted in 2015 as Director of the Birmingham Office to support Aidan Lewis in the running of the Midlands Region – Birmingham and Oxford Office.
