Richard is the Chichester office Director working on public and private sector developments, including education, health, leisure, commercial and residential projects predominantly within the home counties and along the south coast.

Richard completed his Undergraduate Degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of Westminster and gained his MRICS shortly after, becoming one of the youngest to receive this designation at the time.
