Lynn joined Baqus (previously Boxall Sayer Ltd) in 1989 as Office Junior and worked her way up to Office Manager. More recently Lynn has taken on the role as HSEQ Manager and now manages the implementation of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Carrying out Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety audits, following successful integration of the three standards and ensures processes are followed by the Group.

Lynn has obtained the NEBOSH General Certificate. In her spare time she enjoys mountain biking and yoga.
