Alan is an experienced Director with responsibility for several of the firm’s Project Management of major private and public sector projects. He has a solid core background of consultancy, and has worked with a range of clients within the residential, retail, commercial, transport and central government sectors. A fully qualified PM and Architect, Alan entered the world of Project Management some 20 years ago. He is viewed by clients as a pragmatist whose negotiation skills have resulted in him being continuously selected for Baqus’ more challenging projects.
