BAQUS is proud to have provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for Phyllis Tuckwell’s new hospice, which recently marked a significant milestone with its Topping Out ceremony. This event celebrated placing the final beam on the highest point of the In-Patient Unit roof, bringing the project one step closer to completion.

The ceremony was attended by Phyllis Tuckwell staff, donors, supporters, and the construction team, who all signed one of the final steel beams before it was lifted into place—leaving a lasting mark on this building that will serve the community for generations. We’re honoured to have played a role in delivering this essential community project, ensuring it remains on time and within budget. Congratulations to all involved in reaching this incredible milestone!
