We’re proud to have supported the successful transformation of the former Holiday Inn on Fulham North End Road into a new Premier Inn hotel!

The project involved a full strip-out of 150 bedrooms, complete replacement of finishes, new joinery installations, refurbishment of communal areas, a full revamp of the ground floor food & beverage space, and replacement of the existing guest lifts, delivering a modernised hospitality environment aligned with the Premier Inn brand.

As Quantity Surveyors, BAQUS provided pre-construction, procurement and scope advice to help maximise our client’s budget and ensure value was delivered at every stage.
