We were delighted to recently celebrate the topping out of the Premier Inn Hotels at Clerys and Jervis Street, Dublin, marking a major step forward in the delivery of both developments .

Delivered in collaboration with our long-standing partner Whitbread Group Plc, these landmark schemes will provide circa 450 new bedrooms in the heart of Dublin, helping meet the growing demand for high-quality accommodation in the city.

These projects represent an important milestone for BAQUS as our first since establishing a full-time presence in country. With new team members joining and proposed growth across the region, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead and continuing to support our clients across the Republic of Ireland.
