Another successful project with Whitbread completed by Baqus Group Ltd

During December 2020 our project at Shoreditch hub by Premier Inn achieved practical completion.

The 258-bedroom hotel, which retained its original façade was a challenging project due to it’s proximity to one of the busiest railway lines in London.

Baqus acted as Quantity Surveyor.
