This month, we’re proud to celebrate three incredible work anniversaries within our team:

David Dunne – 25 years at BAQUS
David joined us in 2000 and has been leading our Canterbury office since 2005. Over the years, he’s worked across projects of every scale and sector — from residential extensions to multi-million-pound developments across London and the South East. His expertise in construction costs, contracts, disputes, and health & safety under CDM Regulations has been invaluable to our clients and our business.

Darren Stratton BSc (Hons) MRICS – 21 years at BAQUS
Darren joined in 2004, became Chartered in 2005, and rose to Director in 2018. A skilled Building Surveyor, Darren’s expertise spans building inspections, defect analysis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and project delivery across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and historic buildings.

Chris Luck Bsc(Hons) MRICS – 10 years at BAQUS
Chris joined BAQUS in 2015 as a Quantity Surveyor whilst also undertaking a degree in Quantity Surveying at the University College of Estate Management.

Chris qualified as MRICS in 2022 and in his role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor has worked on a number of both private and public sector projects including Education, Housing, Healthcare, Residential and Hospitality throughout Sussex and the surrounding counties working with both JCT and NEC contract suites.

Their dedication, expertise, and leadership have played a huge role in BAQUS’ success, and we’re incredibly grateful to have them on our team.
