Strong progress continues across multiple workstreams on site. Binding pads are now complete to the main building, with ongoing installations around the PAC area and lower levels. Insulation and Sika waterproofing have commenced across both the construction and main buildings, while foundation cages and concrete works continue to advance.

Drainage and duct installations are progressing, including storm drainage from the substation and plantroom connections. Upper-level concrete slab pours to the first floor and second-floor terrace are complete, with the next main pour imminent.

Steelwork erection, roof truss installation and mezz deck loading are well underway, supported by scaffolding and fall arrest systems to roof level. Stair installations have now commenced, marking another key milestone as the structure continues to take shape.
