15-07-2026 | Les Ozouets Campus Update
Progress continues at Les Ozouets, with further works advancing across the main building and Construction Building.
Within the main building, parapet insulation is now complete to the first half of the roof section, with works commencing on the second half. SFS installation to the ground, first and second floors is complete, while external boarding and sealing continue, with the final sections of the east elevation being completed.
Steel encasement works are ongoing to the saw tooth roof sections, alongside external cladding support installation to the north elevation around the windows. Internally, the first areas of partitions are being installed on the ground and first floors, with first-floor partitions now complete with both sections of boarding and tape and jointing underway.
M&E downpipe moves are also continuing, while blockwork walls to the plantroom are being installed to incorporate the builders’ work holes.
The Construction Building is progressing well, with Kalzip roof installation continuing to the saw tooth sections, roof VPL works ongoing, fire protection boarding progressing to the ground and first floors, and Sika waterproofing membrane being installed to the sub-base concrete. SFS framework is also ongoing to all elevations.
