Strong structural progress continues across the main and construction buildings.

The final section of the main building ground floor slab (Zones 1a/1b/1c) is now complete, marking a significant milestone. In the construction building, the first pour for Zone 9a has been achieved, with binding pads progressing around the PAC area.

Insulation and Sika waterproofing are underway across both buildings, while foundation cages are being encased ahead of further slab pours. Drainage works, storm connections and the installation of the attenuation tank are now in place, supporting long-term site resilience.

Roof works are gaining momentum, with flat roof trusses, mezz deck panels and Stair 5 installed. Steelwork erection continues alongside access and safety systems.

Despite weather challenges and minor design changes, coordinated progress across multiple workstreams is keeping the programme moving forward.
