Good progress continues on site as works advance across the main and construction buildings. Binding pads are complete, insulation and Sika waterproofing are underway, and drainage and duct installations are progressing despite challenging weather conditions.

Steelwork erection to the main building is now complete, with mezzanine decks laid to the first and second floors. Scaffolding, HAKI stair access, fall arrest systems and initial beam encasement are also in place, supporting the next phase of works as preparations begin for further concrete pours.
