Donnington Business Park
Donnington Business Park is a modern and well established estate, situated in an attractive semi-rural area along the A286, with easy access to the A27 Chichester By-Pass.
BAQUS provided Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant services for the design and construction of five new business units with two buildings, together with associated parking, access and external works.
The project involved working within close proximity to a dense boundary of protected trees and dealing with existing footings from a previous building. Sustainability measures include electric vehicle charging points and the design has been developed to allow future installation of photovoltaic panels.
The completed scheme provides units designed to create a flexible space to support a wide range of potential users. The design is of high quality, offering an attractive and modern working environment.
