Our £15million project at Elstree Film Studios was given approval by the council last week. Baqus is acting as Lead Consultant, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on the delivery of two new sound stages, workshops and auxiliary spaces for Hertsmere Borough Council who own Elstree Film Studios. Following the approval to proceed, the works were officially started by MP Oliver Dowden (Secretary of State for digital, culture, media and sport), as well as the head of Hertsmere Borough Council Morris Bright and Elstree Film Studio’s Managing Director Roger Morris. The project is expected to finish in 12 months time.
