Rob is a Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator and established Fletcher McNeill when 25 years of age. He was instrumental in developing Fletcher McNeill into a sustainable, successful and market leading firm focused on the leisure sector and oversaw the opening of regional offices. Rob managed the implementation of the diverse range of Construction Consultancy and Property services that were provided. Rob is the Chairman of BAQUS Group Ltd and remains closely involved with clients within the hospitality sectors and advises many high net worth individuals to achieve their aspirations within their property portfolio.

Rob or Roberto as he is better known to his golfing pals considers himself to be the greatest putter in the World and with a short game to match. No one at Baqus has been brave enough to describe his long game or that one day and soon he will be playing off 54!! When he packs in then at least the rest of us will get to see the Baqus golf balls he hides in his office.
