Steve is a Director with responsibility for assisting in the management of the Manchester Office. He is experienced in various projects varying in value from £100k to £30m. Clients include Whitbread Plc for their Premier Inn Brand, The Orchid Group, Green King Pub Co for their pub refurbishment programme and a member of the Funders Technical Adviser team on various PFI bids for Balfour Beatty Capital projects. Roles carried out for the above include Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Funders Technical Adviser duties. Clients also include Bespoke and High Street Bar Operators.
