We have in-depth knowledge and experience of all types of innovative procurement routes which are often used in this sector. Clients are successfully guided through the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) processes.
We are able to select from a wide range of highly skilled staff in all disciplines to provide cost effective packages. On smaller schemes a complete one–stop consultancy service is often provided. This provides clients with a single point of contact and an easily understandable process from a management or governing body perspective.
Our experience in this sector is extensive, including Dundonald Primary School extension, London Borough of Merton & Sutton’s and West Sussex County Council’s frameworks for primary school expansion, Bohunt Academy, and Kentish Town CE Primary School.

Our team of professionals are equipped with the procurement, administration and stakeholder management knowledge necessary to undertake small ongoing projects like Kingston College (2014—present), through to major redevelopment projects as undertaken at Chichester College (new teaching block, new student accommodation) where we have worked with the College for more than 15years.
Other colleges have benefitted from out input to their development programmes, including Luton 6th Form College, Alcester College, Bournemouth & Poole College and London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA).
